I had worked as an Application Developer (in five different projects) for the most part of my stint with UST GLOBAL and then handled the responsibilities of leading a team of 10 to 12 resources (while being in the role of a MODULE LEAD myself) for two months at the end of my stint with UST GLOBAL. In addition, I had also handled Defect Prevention and Control (DPC) activities in two projects.

I had worked in the capacity of a Technical Lead in an Application Development cum Enhancement project. I was also in the Mainframe Interview Panel and the Supervisor of four resources.

I had worked as a Tester/Quality Assurance Analyst in the lone project that I had worked on.

I started as a QA Engineer for the BMC AMI IMS SysAdmin group of products and then moved on to the ‘BMC AMI Security’ Team, where I used to handle the generic/traditional QA plus QA automation responsibilities for the ‘BMC AMI Security’ Product suite.

The next big jump in my career was when I took on the IMS Product Management responsibilities as a Senior Product Manager.

I had started as a System Engineer/Application Developer in a ‘Support/Maintenance cum Enhancement’ project and then moved on to the role of a Technical/Module Lead in the same project. In my next assignment in a purely Application Development project, I had started as a Senior System Engineer/Application Developer and then took on the role of a Lead Programmer/Technical Lead/Subject Matter Expert (SME).
